This character, who had genuine depth and a compelling arc in the original show, deserves a second chance to shine in the modern Star Wars universe.

The Clone Wars gave us some of the most memorable moments in Star Wars storytelling, introducing characters whose journeys resonated with fans in ways that surprised many. Yet Disney’s recent projects have focused heavily on mainstream favorites while leaving some gems in the vault. Bringing back this particular hero wouldn’t just be fan service—it could add fresh perspective to ongoing Star Wars narratives and bridge the gap between Lucas’s vision and where the franchise is heading now.

Gaming fans especially have reason to care about this potential revival. Imagine what a modern Battlefront title or a dedicated campaign game could do with this character’s story. The Clone Wars era remains one of the richest settings in Star Wars lore, and underutilized characters represent untapped potential for compelling gameplay and narrative experiences. Whether through games, shows, or films, it’s time for Disney to dust off this overlooked hero and remind audiences why Lucas included them in the first place.

This post was inspired by reporting from ScreenRant – Star Wars.
